Bello has nearly a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, previously working in restaurant and hotel-resort operations for high-volume organizations such as Disney World and celebrity chef Guy Fieri Signature Restaurants.
Bello also spent 10 years in software development, launching and overseeing software firms in California and Hawaii. He helps run the day-to-day operations of aXessPoint, including marketing, business development, finance and overall strategy. He is a graduate of Hawaii Pacific University in Honolulu.
Michael has more than 15 years of experience in construction, construction project management and building management. He recently served as the managing partner at a Honolulu-based software company, where he maintained sales programs and built business relationships. In his current role, he develops aXessPoint’s customer-support functions. He also oversees sales strategy.
Eric has nearly three decades of experience in corporate management, telecom, construction services and information technology. As CEO of aXessPoint since early 2018, he oversees the company’s strategic goals and overall operations, servicing thousands of residential units.
Eric previously founded IDC Joint Venture, a leading Honolulu-based construction services contractor supporting Hawaii’s wireless industry. He worked with major carriers such as AT&T, Verizon and Sprint on projects including new builds and repairs. He also managed large-scale installations at landmark locations across the state.
Prior to moving to Hawaii in 2003, Eric held a variety of management and IT specialist roles throughout California, and worked at consulting and legal firms in Washington, D.C.
Eric earned a bachelor’s degree in politics from Princeton University, and is a member of the Hawai‘i Angels, an investment network for seed-level private equity investors.
Damian has nearly a decade of experience working across the technology product lifecycle for major brands such as Boeing, where he served as an enterprise engineer and a management specialist, as well as Google, where he has worked in product support and management roles. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Southern California and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.
Tim’s industry experience includes working with major brands such as Microsoft, helping teach others how to use computers and technology. He is exceptionally strong at anticipating issues in working with new software and systems, and working closely with a variety of clients for a seamless experience.
